To arrive at this estimate, we evaluate the sale prices of comparable homes in your immediate area, with special considerations such as square footage, bed/bath count, garage, and so on. We then make adjustments for current and upcoming market conditions. From this estimated value, we deduct our total expenses and our minimum profit margin after resale.
